SuperBilling allows us to still provide our services and use your insurance coverage. A SuperBill is a detailed document or receipt that allows you to bill your insurance company directly. After your appointment and payment is received, your SuperBill will be printed and an insurance form will be provided along with an envelope to mail all your paperwork. 

Blood work will be billed separately through your insurance by Quest Diagnostics. The same applies for any tests or services ordered through another hospital or facility. 

 We encourage patients to check with their insurance to ensure that our services will be covered.

For all patients that are not using insurance, payment will need to be given at the time of service.
