Renee Jordan-Chandler

Medical Assistant

I’m very excited to have Renee Jordan-Chandler working with me and helping Moosabec Medical become a well-functioning clinic. I had the pleasure of having Renee as my MA at AMMC for a period of time before she transitioned to running their lab.  She is a clinical medical assistant, certified through the National Healthcareer Association. In 2016, she started work at Arnold Memorial Medical Center. There, she spent the last 6 years in various medical positions from medical assisting, learned phlebotomy skills, assisting in ultrasound guided procedures, conducting EKGs, wound care prep, and immunizations. Renee’s knowledge extends beyond the medical side of the office. She also gained experience in much of the “behind the scene” office work such as prior authorizations, insurance determination, medication refills, and patient -provider paperwork. Renee is no stranger to the front desk position either with check-in, check-out, and covering phone calls. Throughout her time employed at DECH, she floated to several of their outpatient clinics to help cover when they were short-staffed. Her experience in how a medical office works will be greatly valued here at Moosabec Medical.

BreAnna Libby

Family Nurse Practitioner

My career in the medical field started with my first nursing job as a CNA at Sunrise Nursing Home here in Jonesport. I graduating from Husson University in 2013 with my BSN and started work at Saint Joseph’s Hospital on the Medical/Neuro floor. A year later, I married my husband and came back home to work for DECH on Med/Surg and OB. In 2017, I graduated with my Master’s degree as a FNP. I had the amazing opportunity servicing the community at Harrington Health and Arnold Memorial for the first four years as a NP.

The last 12 years of working in the medical field has taught me so much. I have had the privilege of working alongside of some of the most caring providers, nurses, CNAs and MAs in Downeast Maine. I want to thank them all for getting me to this point in my career, along with the unending support of my family and friends. I have dreamed of opening my own practice for many reasons however never thought that dream would become a reality. Yet, here we are! I am very thrilled to be starting this new journey with all of you!
